01How do custom disks work?
Each Chill Pod comes with a magnetic disk on top. You can swap it out with any of our custom designs — they snap on and off magnetically. Upload your own design or choose from our collection.
02Will it damage surfaces?
No. The magnets are strong but smooth — no scratching or residue. They're safe on fridges, lockers, golf carts, and most metal surfaces.
03How strong is the magnet?
Strong enough to hold the speaker securely on vertical and even slightly angled metal surfaces. We use grade N52 neodymium magnets — the strongest available.
04What's the battery life?
Up to 8 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. Recharges via USB-C in about 1.5 hours.
05Is it waterproof?
Chill Pod is IPX5 splash-resistant — great for kitchens, outdoor adventures, and light rain. Not designed for submersion.
